How do I join?
Head to your account page on prismboutique.com and create an account.
I have an account already, does that make me a member automatically?
If you already have an account, congrats - you’re already enrolled. Just log into your account page to see your status and points balance. You’ve got 50 points as a welcome, and you will start earning right away.
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in-store or online at prismboutique.com, minus discounts, returns, taxes, and fees. You’ll also earn 25 points from every verified review you leave. There’s no limit to how many points you can earn - just make sure you're logged in to your account at checkout.
How do I earn points for leaving a review?
Approximately 14 days after your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email asking to review the items in your order. For every verified review you create from that email, you’ll earn 25 bonus points. Reviews left for products you have not purchased, or reviews left outside of the Review Request email will not be eligible for bonus points.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account at prismboutique.com and click ‘REDEEM MY POINTS.’ Select from your available discounts, then click ‘CREATE MY DISCOUNT.’ Your discount code should appear within a couple minutes, plus we’ll email you with your new discount code to the email address associated with your account.
How do I get free shipping?
As a member of our Insiders Club, you’ll enjoy free shipping for any order over $100 minus discounts, returns, taxes, and fees, shipping to an address within the contiguous United States. Just use the promo code ‘INSIDERFREESHIP’ at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Nope! As long as our Loyalty Program is active, your points will never expire.
How long do points take to appear in my account?
Instantly!
If I return something, do I lose those points?
If you return or exchange your order, points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you’ve already redeemed those points, your account will reflect a negative balance.
How do I check my points balance and history?
Log into your account page and click ‘REWARDS HISTORY.’
Do I have to be logged in to earn my rewards?
Yes, you must be logged into the account with the email address you signed up with for your points to be counted towards that account. If you’re shopping in-store, simply give that same email address to the Prism team member when checking out. We are not able to transfer points once they are associated with an account.
Do purchases made before joining the loyalty program count toward my rewards?
Any purchase made before our program launch date will not be counted.
Can I redeem my points in combination with a sale or promotion?
Discounts created from loyalty points are available to use in combination with our seasonal sales and promotions, but not with any individual order discounts (ex: Welcome Discount.)
How do I earn rewards when shopping in-store?
If you’re shopping in-store, simply give the email address associated with your Insider account to the Prism team member when checking out. We are not able to transfer points once they are associated with an account.
How do I redeem points in store?
If you’re shopping in-store, simply navigate to your account page on your phone, then click ‘REDEEM MY POINTS.’ Select from your available discounts, then click ‘CREATE MY DISCOUNT.’ Your discount code should appear within a couple minutes, plus we’ll email you with your new discount code to the email address associated with your account. Show the Prism team member ringing up your order that discount code, and we’ll add it to your order.

Prism Boutique reserves the right to vary any or all of the terms of our Loyalty Program, to amend the terms and conditions, or to terminate the program, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users, including, but not limited to, modifications which: govern the Loyalty Program. earned on and after the date of the change; or change the value of already accumulated the Loyalty Program Notice of any such changes, amendments or termination will be provided to users via message or email, or by being posted on prismboutique.com and will be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated.
