It’s simple - just log into your account to view your order history and you’ll see the current status of your order.
We generally process orders within 2-3 business days, so once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can always log into your account or contact us to cancel your order.
While it’s rare, sometimes certain items will suddenly become out of stock and no longer be available. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation and issue you a refund. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you ASAP.
All US orders are typically processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days of your order date. During high-volume sales periods and if your items are stocked at multiple locations, it might take us longer.
Once your order is shipped, your package should arrive 1-4 days domestic and 8-15 days international.
The moment your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add shop@prismboutique to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping for customers shipping to an address within the contiguous United States on orders totaling $100 or more, after taxes or promotions.
Add your items to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side of the checkout page, you’ll see “Have a promo code?” Just click the plus sign, type in the code and hit “Apply.”
Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected under your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the “Promotions” line. If you’ve followed a link during a sale or promotion, your code might already be loaded into your checkout.
Please note, only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or towards the purchase of a gift card. Some additional exclusions may apply.
Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be used on previous purchases.
On page 2 of the checkout process, input your gift card code from the email you received in the box under ‘Have a gift card? Enter it here:’ and click the Apply button.
Returns & Exchanges
We’ll gladly exchange merchandise in its original condition within 21 days of your order date for a full credit of the costs of the items onto a Prism Boutique gift card. Any reduced-price items, beauty and apothecary items cannot be returned or exchanged. For more details, check out our Returns & Exchanges Policies.
All reduced-priced items, items within our ‘Sale’ collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are not automated at this time. If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend placing a new order for that item and sending the original back.
