Not In Love?

We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. While we do not issue refunds, we’ll accept in-store exchanges or issue store credit minus shipping costs for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original store tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of your order date. If you receive an item that is damaged, please Contact Us directly.

Some sale merchandise, plus pantry items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

How to Return Your Order

For US customers, we offer easy, online returns via our Online Return Portal. Just enter the order number found on your Order Notification or the top right corner of your Order Invoice and email address associated with the order you wish to return. Once your order is located, select your items and reason for return. 

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and directions on how to complete your return. An $8 Return Fee for the cost of your prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your store credit. 

To ship an item back to Prism Boutique, please:

  • Pack your item(s) in a secure box or envelope and affix the prepaid shipping label to the top of the package. Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package, and please keep in mind that your return will likely find a new home with another customer - pack your item(s) carefully and within the original box they were shipped in. 
  • If you are returning shoes, you must ship it back in a separate parcel envelope or box. Please do not affix the label on the original shoe box. There will be a $5 restocking fee if shoe box is damaged.
  • Drop your package at a USPS facility, or a location that has a daily USPS pick-up. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit, minus your $8 Return Fee, will be emailed to you and can be redeemed in-store or online. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return. We do not issue refunds.

Exchanges

We can only process online exchanges if you are exchanging for the same item. If you would like to exchange an item, use our Online Return Portal.

Pre-Loved by Prism

For unwanted items outside the Return or Exchange window or marked as Final Sale, you can list them on our official reseller platform, Pre-Loved by Prism and earn 110% in store credit or 80% in cash.

International Returns

For returns delivered outside the US, head to our Contact Page and we’ll be happy to help you with the process.

Buy Now, Pay Later Orders

Returned orders using Buy Now, Pay Later services will be issued a store credit for the total cost of the returned item(s). We do not issue store credits for partial payments and you will still be responsible for the remaining payments to the Buy Now, Pay Later services for the balance of your purchase. This includes and is not limited to Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, PayPal and Shop Pay. 

Our Guarantee

Prism Boutique carries merchandise that is authentic and purchased directly from independent designers and artists. Please keep in mind that products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, and handmade goods and other items can often vary in color, style, and pattern then pictured. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster.

If an item becomes damaged or broken after the return window, we will attempt to work with the designer to assist with repairs or provide other assistance to the extent these services are available from the designer. Unfortunately we cannot provide a complete replacement or refund for an unrepairable product unless the designer is willing to replace or reimburse the product.
